2005-18 Gator Full Windshield by EMP 10425 Once you attach the quick connect clamps to your roll cage, the windshield can easily be removed. Simply unscrew the thumbscrews and your windshield can be pulled out. To attach it again just put the thumbscrews back in while the clamps remain on your rail cage. We leave the manufacturers protective paper on the Polycarbonate so you can see it is not cheap acrylic. Assembly Instructions?
It’s a bit flimsier than I expected, but I guess it has to have a certain amount of flexibility. The instructions are the pits. Which is the top? Which is the front? Some simple labeling would have been quite helpful. Had it not been for the pictures on Amazon, I would not have been able to complete the assembly. The most difficult part is fitting the two windshield sections into the plastic hinge. The instructions said that you can use a rubber mallet. I don’t have a clue that would work. I mixed some Dawn dishwashing liquid with some glycerin to make an effective lubricant to fit the sections together. I would much have preferred that it would have come preassembled.

Hinge between sections is pure GARBAGE!!!
Good luck getting the cheap P.O.S. hinge on! If not for that this would be a much better piece. I've done others on my Polaris's that had actual hinges and a piece of weather striping. This set up is a joke.

Fit perfect
Was very hard to put together at the hinge. other wise all went perfect and fit like a charm

Easy to install, definitely use the soap like it says in the directions and it goes on easy. Fits my gator perfectly

POOR JOB
Took almost a month to take delivery. Instructions are terrible. Pictures are hard to figure out and small. A good graphic drawing would solve most of the problems

Nice fit, well worth it.
Nice fit on a JD Gator 825i but the hinge was really tough to slide on even with a lubricant
