Great pieces of wood but the problem with these and most other wood slices sold online...YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU’RE GONNA GET.You think you’re gonna get a nice oval piece and then they give you one that has a huge weird disfigured shape to it. It’s a hit or miss

These arrived on time and looked exactly like the pictures. They are large and if you have a small table, these may overwhelm it. However, with the space and if you like rustic décor, these are awesome. I got a set of these and they came in slightly different sizes and shapes which made them seem more authentic and less like factory created pieces.

Perfect for my bridal shower centerpieces. I ordered 12 of the XL size and they varied slightly in size and shape but were all large enough to hold my 2 mason jars, 1 milk bottle, and a few candles. Some of the other reviews show thicker slabs but these were all about 1" thick. The shipping was fast. Each piece comes individually wrapped in plastic. And price is good!

Product received (mostly) as described. Very nice wood slab, as expected. The only drawback was the size was different than described. To be totally fair, the description does say that it can vary a bit but it is significantly different than the listed dimensions. Listed as 11"x13", which would have been perfect for what I was looking for but when received it was more like 20"x18".Generally speaking, I was given more than promised so it isn't like I didn't 'get what I paid for' as I actually got more. It is just now larger than what I needed so I could have gone with the 'large' version rather than this 'extra large.'Overall, I got a great deal in the size vs. price paid consideration, as well as compared to what others are asking for something similar but smaller. I am happy with the product, I just may have to use it for something different than originally planned!

I knew I should of ordered 2. The one I got had a big knot in it and bark missing off top of piece. I burned a message onto it, but the template I used ran into the knot. My parents still loved it, but I was disappointed. I thought you know the way it's advertised they would only send quality pieces.

I'm giving it 3 stars just because it was smaller by a few inches than what it was supposed to be. Like others have posted and understand trees only grow to certain widths. Then don't put on there it's bigger than it is. I had to decrease my painting and cut it down as it was a time sensitive gift. So just know it's going to probably be smaller than advertised. The planks I've had no problem with. I wish there was a phone number to call and say hey I really do need this width. In fairness the quality of the wood is very good. But, when doing a project one does need the size advertised.

It is very pretty and rustic. Just is a lot smaller than I would have thought, but that is my fault. I wish they had a size larger than "extra large" as I had planned to have this as my wedding cake stand, but it is definitely too small. Is cute with a vase of flowers on it though.

Mine is 12" W 14.25" L 5/8' thick.... using elmers glue in all bark area for added strength then i'll stain with minwax one step wipe on cloths, dark mahogany. Everyone needs real wood in their space as a reminder of mother nature.

Absolutly stunning! Beautifull rustic plaque, more then I expected!! Would highly recommend!!
