Chipped
The bottles arrived with half the bottles chipped. This only affected the appearance of the bottle not the ability to hold oils. I would have liked them to not have been chipped which is why I gave it the rating I did.

Perfect for making small bottles of essential oil mixtures with jojoba oil. They roll very smoothly and I have not had any issues with leaking.

Plastic parts, cheap lid
I was really looking forward to getting these glass bottles to use with my essential oils. I bought them specifically because they have a metal lid and claim that "oils do not react well with plastic" so therefore they have the metal ball. Well, that's all well and good to have the metal rolling ball for that reason but it's not going to do any good if there are other plastic parts in contact with the oil!! The part that holds metal on the ball is plastic, and there is also cheap plastic lining on the inside of the metal lid. I bought the ones specifically with the metal lid so avoid the plastic. Not only is the lid lined with plastic as you can see in my photo, but the metal lid is SUPER thin and dented from me just picking it up. You can see how thin it is in my photo. I have a feeling it won't last very long. Now as many essential oil bottles to have plastic parts on the dropper, etc. I'm going to give these the benefit of the doubt that the plastic parts are high enough quality to not degrade/be degraded by the oil. The glass appears high quality and not painted as claimed. None of the bottles came broken and they all appear usable. I'm disappointed that the lid is screw on and made of plastic. It looks like it's going to fall apart in no time. I will update as I use this product. I received this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
