This pet hair removal brush, (which is flat and blade-like), comes in a box-like ‘scabbard’, which, apart from really removing cat fur from clothes, cleans the brush, and provides safe storage.At first look, the brush surfaces are much like many other fur and lint removal brushes - covered in a sort of velvet material, which is very smooth to the touch in one direction, and very rough and spiky if rubbed in the opposite direction.The blade of the brush gives almost twice the fur and lint collecting area (compared to all the others I have seen), and the good sized handle makes it very easy to use - and In this respect, its performance is at the very least as good as the best of Ali others I have owned and currently use.For me, the killer surprise is in the storage box or scabbard - the inside is lined with the same lint/fur removal material as is used on the blade of the brush.Once the fur-covered item has been cleaned with the blade, simply slide it, fur and all, into the storage box/scabbard, and forget it!The next time the brush/blade is removed from the scabbard, there is a distinct resistance to its removal - this is because the scabbard lining of velvety material is pulling all the fur and lint previously collected off the blade. And if it doesn’t come out totally clean on the first removal, slide it back into the scabbard, and pull it out again - and it’s clean! And so easy to use!!As for all the discarded fur and lint trapped in the scabbard - it isn’t! Simply pull off the base of the scabbard, and all the unwanted material has been rolled and compacted into an easy to remove wad of fur and lint!This is a genuinely original and very clever product, that really DOES WORK!! And very well, too!If you have a furry or hairy companion, you need this product - it’s as least as good as all the hype says it is - totally effective, and does exactly what it says it will!!

Really impressed by the effect of the wand. It’s works better on some surfaces than others ( not great on polyester). The brush cleans easily in its box to remove the surface fur. My only negative would be that it is quite flimsy in the making so don’t know how long it’ll survive. Overall I’m pretty impressed.

Really good, and value for money. Removes hair easy and when put back in the holder moves hair from the brush with no problem

This is awesome & does just what it says. The best pet hair remover & the sleeve cleans the pad in an easy action plus it empties out of the bottom of sleeve so works perfectly.

I have two white cats who are shedding their fur everywhere and I was hoping this would be the answer , but although it gets a majority of the hairs off it also pushes the hairs into the material so I end up using a lint roller aswell. Also when I've used it and put it back into its holder to clean it still comes out with hairs on.

It does exactly as advertised. I have two indoor cats which shed fur everywhere!! This is the 2nd one I've bought so I can keep one in the lounge and one in the bedroom. They work wonders.

After seeing this product on the tv programme The Customer is Always Right, I was impressed. So seeing it on Amazon, I've bought 3, 1 x pink, 2 x blue as gifts, so I can't at this stage verify how well they pick up. However, the programme uses authentic testers who can be forthright in their comments and who independently tested the product to its limits and amazing results were shown, if you use it in the direction of its arrow. My photos show the pink model. I have opened the blue ones too to check them out. The pink one is more difficult to extract from its housing;the blue ones are easier, but it has to be a close fit for the inside walls to remove the pet hair from the brush in the first place! Overall, for the main brush I give 4 stars because of the pink one compared to the blue. So, on to the travel brush. It's nice and compact but it's not a mini version of the big brush, it's different. The main brush is flat but the sales blurb says to pull out the mini brush and use as it is BUT you can see from my photos that the case forms a ridge round the brush so you cant lay the brush flat onto a surface! BUT if you remove the base and push the brush out the base end, you can then use it better that way, so that is a design fault. Perhaps the travel version could be a mini me with detachable handle? The main brush is light weight and not bulky so would pack easily anyway. So, 4 stars overall for value (even without the travel brush), quality, sturdiness, effectiveness, design.
