IT does the work
It does the work, but when the check gets printed, you need to put some resistant, to keep the numbers close together, otherwise it leaves a space between the numbers

It does what it says it will- prints on checks
The product prints clearly the amount on the second line of a business or personal check. Easy to adjust to size. Places symbols to limit fraud with printing.I ordered this and while functional does not emboss and print, just prints. I assumed it did both.Want device that does both for more complete protection from fraudulent alterations.Device operates smooth and consistently.No issues in use however I returned for device that will also emboss.

Clean and easy to use
This was bought for my office and is so much nicer then the antiquated machine I used to use. So easy to replace the cartridge rather than re-inking the ribbon of the old machine. This also adds all the amounts that you printed. Which is a wonderful option. I hope this help in your decision when looking for a embosser.

Very difficult to align the printing with the appropriate place on the check.
It was very difficult to get the printer to stamp the check in the appropriate place. Even when that could be managed, the font was too large to fit in the designated spot on the check. All of this has to be worked out by the consumer, because the minimal instructions were not helpful at all (and the English was atrocious).

The 1 (one) comes out like a Capital I!
I have tried reaching out twice. Once through Amazon and another time through the support on their website and I haven't gotten anything back. I would not purchase again. When printing checks, you need it to show the correct amount, not something that looks like a letter. Our check was rejected from a business!

Recondition
The item didn't work and I had to return it,so I was unable to see how it functioned. Probably I should had not purchased a reconditioned item.
