Well made
I like that there is a lid so I can occasionally place things on the surface, like charging a phone or something, plus it just looks more presentable hiding away the dirty laundry. The lid opens and closes properly and doesn't have gaps, nice lining fabric and the overall product is sturdy. So far no complaints. I love the size... I have a tight space in my room so this rectangular fit was ideal.

Frame not strong enough
I liked this basket very much initially, but now I find it's become lopsided and no longer closes properly. Very disappointed.
