HOW TO ADJUST THIS WATCH BRACELET Lay the watch out with the face upwards. You are strictly dealing with "the sled" mechanism. You need a small flat head (or a screw driver blade, which is the same thing) I suggest you use a eye glass repair kit's screw driver. Position the flat head so the side where you wrap your fingers around is positioned by the face of the watch. There is a small rectangular opening on top of the "sled" mechanism towards the end of the watch itself. Position the flat head into that hole. A flat head or a screw driver blade should be facing away from the face of the watch. The idea is to use the screw driver as a lever to lift the metal piece. If successful, the metal piece would lift up just like a car bonnet (the face of the watch is the rear end of the car). Don't give it too much pressure because you may bend one of the pieces. Take your time. Slowly, but forcefully, lift up the mechanism until it pops up. If you are feeling too much resistance then you are not doing something right. Once you have lifted up the locking mechanism slide it to the desired length. There are preselected positions for where the mechanism can pop back into, so try your best to align them. If you have to give too much pressure for the mechanism to snap back in then it is not aligned properly.
