Before you purchase this, just keep scrolling to a better one. I have bought two of these, one last week, and this one this week. Biggest waste of money. Both of them had holes in them. I’m sure this is just a fluke, but I’m not happy with it. I have two, high energy, high drive, double coated dog. We live in Ohio, our summers get hot and we have central air. So why invest in a window ac unit when I can just get one of these? I should have got a window ac unit. At least if that leaks, I can put a bucket under it. This leaks, everything is getting soaked. This, along with the other one I bought, are now in the trash.

The media could not be loaded. You only need this filled about an eighth of the way. It stays plenty cool enough with that small amount in there. Best to do it on a flat surface with the hose outside. I filled mine in the kitchen sink and made a mess lol. My pup was a little weirded out at first so I put it on the couch. I do NOT recommend this but we are getting new couches soon and this is getting ratty anyway. In the video you will see that she discovers that there is water inside. She is very intrigued. I got the large size and even though she is only 16 lbs, IMO any breed would be fine with the large. I’ll update if I have any problems with durability but I think it will be fine.Update- I used it for 4 summers before needing to toss it for mold being in there. Still worth it.

It didn't last a month my dog chew it

Lasted 3 days. I put a crib sheet on it for easy clean up for our pup during a heatwave. We kept it in the crate with the door open for her to go in and lay on. The seams held nicely, send there were no visible punctures, but after the 3rd day, every time she laid on it she ended up soaked. I found 1 spot that was about 1x2" that appeared discolored and the water came through when pressure was applied.

Can't believe it! This item is impossible to fill with water properly, takes FOREVER,And then to top it all off, it had a hole in it and the water started pouring out on my bathroom floor! Then I had to get all the water out of it in order to return it. Just cut up your money rather than order from this company, it will be a lot easier on you!!And the worst part is that my sweet Dalmation , Duchess, has to be too hot until I get something from someone else, believe me getting a refund from this lousy company is no where near the proper compensation for what I went through! Don't order this, EVER

After receiving the mat, was afraid my dog would chew it up so I returned it.

Would’ve been perfect if it did not leak from all over the place. Water Literally pours out of this thing. It’s Junk. It soaked my carpet which then mildewed. I tried to patch it using silicone gel which worked, but then I saw water was leaking from multiple spots. I patched those and water was STILLleaking from even more spots. It went to the trash.

Fits my 6 month husky mix perfectly. Keeps water cold indoors well. A little of a hassle to insert water into the bed, i only wish the nozzle was more convenient.
