Jabra Biz 2325 QD Duo Wired Professional Call Center Headset

So I recently started back working in the office after working from home for almost 5 years…I work in a busy call center and it’s loud!!! I wanted a better headset that had great sound quality so I could actually hear my calls clearly! This headset was everything I needed! Now, it doesn’t come with the USB cord but I just used the one at my job and it works perfectly!! 10/10

I like the fact that it has a standard USB connector. Works pretty seamlessly with Cisco Webex. I do not know if it works pretty seamlessly with Jabber. But it is comfortable to wear and worked right out of the box. For webex, I simply had to select the Jabbra headset for mic and audio. The mic (mute) and volume controls on the headset wire seem to work well. And overall it does seem relatively well constructed. The only downside is that it's a little pricey.

I suppose they package just the headset in case that part failed but it's irritating that it doesn't come with the quick connect USB cable. This is a new purchase for me ... and the Headline for the headset states "USB" so the logical conclusion is it will come with that connection. Buyer beware because this will add $50 to your purchase price and slow you down again waiting for the second half of the cable.

I used to use my Plantronics Blackwire until it started having static and the foam on the ear pieces fell apart. This was a great replacement, and it works fantastic. The size of the ear pieces were smaller than expected, but I adjusted pretty quickly to it. The automatic sound adjustment doesn't work when a sudden loud noise happens, so knocked a star off for that. The sound quality was good for the price though. I love the on-demand audio controls with the mute feature, and my customers could hear me just fine. My only other complaint would be the length of the cable, as it was too long. Maybe add a retractable feature? Nonetheless, great headset!

I bought this one for home use, its the only one I've found that I can wear for hours without it hurting my head or ears. I've had one for over 5 years now with no issues. The ear cushions can be replaced easily if needed. Definitely worth the money spent.

It Jabra Biz 2300 USB Headset so you would think it has USB, but no. Now I have to return it and drive to the UPS store.. how hard would it have been to put a USB adapter on the end of it.

Very good headset. Work IT department purchased these and provided for employees. When I needed a headset for home office, went with what I know, and they work fantastic. My husband borrowed them, so now I apparently need to order another pair. He liked them enough to steal them. Refurbed headset works great. USB is much better way to go for conference calls.
