Rubber Top Wooden Skimboard with Slip Free Grip (No Wax Needed!) (Gray, 36 Inch)

Really the jury is still out on this, but I believe it’s a great value for the money. I bought it for my grandson who lives out of state. He has only used it once and is still trying to master it. I think based on other boards I’ve seen for sale and his skill level it is a good buy.

Boys loved the board but the rubber black stuff came off of the top as soon as it hit the salt water. Would’ve rather put wax on a full wooden board than have to lose the black rubber protectant.

This board seemed bigger than I expected but my son had a blast learning to use it at the beach recently. It was challenging but satisfying to see him finally get a little run on it. The board didn't need any stuff to make it stickier - it was great as is and it's in our garage now to use for our next beach trip. Two thumbs up.

Beautiful creation for a beautiful sport. What a great board for skimming. Every season is skim season. Go skimmers!Only bad part was board was not in tip top shape upon arrival.

The rubber coating was peeling off the first day at the beach being used by a 12 year old boy.

I like it. Fair price. Works wonderful for my 6 year old daughter. It’s a little hard for her to throw herself right now but she’ll get there. Well made
