Great printer
Very easy to set up and works well with Windows 10. Our old printer wouldn't work with the new version of Windows, no problem with this one.

Disappointed
Can not get it to work. Can ANYONE help me with this. I emailed the manufacturer but can not get it to connect.I connect it to the laptop - WINDOWS 10.Do I need to install a driver or a program to print receipts. at present it does nothing. Hoping someone can help. I just want to print similar to a till receipt with my name and business on the top of the receipt. Thanks a mil :)

Works well!
The printer is easy to setup on a laptop, and can print from notepad easily. I have not yet had any jammed paper issues, and I have been using it both on normal receipt paper and the sticker paper!

Don't buy... Cheap, stopped working.
The print quality was fine, not that simple to set up and then just stopped working after 2 weeks. Pc says device not recognised and the feed button on the front stopped working.

Does it’s job
Does it’s job, fits any make of paper. The paper cutter could be a pit sharper.

Useless machine with no drivers or Bluetooth.
What a useless machine, received this product and there was no disc to install on Windows 10, not only that, do you think any of the links that the seller provided works, the answer to that is no, I do not recommend this and the Bluetooth does not work either.Shame!

Issues with the software
Great printer but unfortunately the software is for developers or smartphones and in Chinese.Struggles to get it working with windows and printing from normal programs.Now it works just fine

Fast printer. Worked perfectly!
I purchased this thermal printer specifically to make working the ice cream shop at my church camp quicker and less stressful and it definitely did! It connected to my Samsung phone perfectly and printed receipts quickly. No more handwriting orders for me! :)

Fait très bien le job
L'imprimante se configure assez facilement, se connecte automatiquement et fonctionne bien avec un tiroir caisse acheté séparément. Ça fait 2 mois que j'utilise ce matériel et je ne vois pas pourquoi acheter une imprimante POS à 200€ pour imprimer un simple ticket de caisse.

no tiene Blootooth
La impressora no tiene Bluetooth, tiene una LED para bluetooth pero en sel "selftest" no sale la Bluetooth Addr. i tan poco se puede connectar con un movil. solo funciona la connecion USB
