Badger Air-Brush Co. Sotar 2020-2H Large Gravity Feed Airbrush with Heavy Head

I purchased a Sotar 20/20 Fine nozzle airbrush and love it. I love it so much I bought the 20/20 with a Heavy (large) nozzle. It too is a really nice airbrush. Very happy with these Sotar products. Thanks.

The airbrush is pretty fantastic, but out of the box there is no way to connect it to a standard sized hose. It would have been nice for this information to be available so you don't have to wait even longer to order the correct parts to connect the aribrush to a hose. It should come out of the box ready to roll.

I ordered brand new and was given a used item. Paint cup had white staining, nozzle caps had tarnishing and dried up paint. Had to clean it all up.

It was defective when I unboxed it, it wouldn’t spray, the trigger was locked tight and would not loosen after adjustments. I took it apart and reassembled it (correctly) and tried it again. The brush sprayed poorly and it leaked! I was so looking forward to this brush as the reviews said it was great. The packaging was also subpar with cheap foam that was cut to another, larger brush almost guaranteeing a damaged product. I seriously thought this was a knock-off as it’s not unheard of getting them from Amazon. I have another airbrush (not mentioning as I want to offer my review of this one) but wanted a fine detail airbrush that was not too expensive. The cup size is also small but that is probably more to do with the fine detail? I’m sending it back and will continue to look for for something that works.
