Despite how wonderful this product looks (the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1) The hoses are not sized to most American fittings. We took the new hoses to Home Depot and had 3 people attempting to help us (even a master plumber) and we ended up buying multiple fittings. YET they wouldn't stop leaking because you shouldn't have to piece together 3 fittings and 2 hoses (the new ones with the old ones). Ended up buying a whole new faucet from Home Depot because we could not get this one to work correctly. BIG PAIN!

The hose fittings on the supply side are 3/8' MIP and standard supply valves are 3/8" compression. No easy way to tie the line to the supply valve. The supply hoses are very thin. Even with the stainless outside covering I could pinch the hose closed with out a lot of effort. Got afraid this would not be a long term hose for being under water pressure 24x7. Parts list with no place listed to get parts. Warranty yes if you want to be without your faucet for a month or two. Out of time to return so just lost that money.

Love the look and how easy it WOULD have been to install. A few things to note:1. It doesn't fit a standard 3/8 inch pipe. Even went to hardware store for an adapter or something - no luck. This must have a metric sizing which most home stores do not carry.2. I was surprised it did not include the plate to cover the other holes in the sink.At the end of the day, this doesn't appear to fit standard pipe fittings. Major disappointment and returning.

DO NOT BUY, the faucet itself is beautiful, no complaints on the looks. But the adapters that claim to be 1/2 inch are not, they are some sort of metric fitting that Lowe’s does not sell adapters for. We just cut our loses and bought another faucet. Terribly disappointed in this product

If you want a swiveling faucet with a pull down sprayer, I would recommend this one. It looks good and works perfectly. I've had it installed for a couple months now with no issues at all. Don't let the low price cause you to hesitate. This is a great value.

Just installed this faucet last Friday ,because my old one was totally stopped working. My husband installed it around 20 minutes, which is easier and simpler than imagined. The 360 degree swivel spout and pull down sprayer make me easily clean in different ways. I have to say that it is biggest reason why I like it! One more thing,the temperature control also works like description, hope other customers like it too!

For the price, it’s an ok value. That said, you get what you pay for.These have been my challenges.The water line connections didn’t fit with my outlets. I had to buy 2 different adapters for each line and had to spend $20 extra for that. Also, the water pressure is not smooth. Higher quality faucets offer water pressure flow. Finally, the water flow handle keeps unscrewing from the base. Probably needs to be glued on with some sort of adhesive.

Difficult for licensed plumber to install, not up to current fl code. Instructions would be a nice touch too. When we complained about this was offered a full refund, which was done promptly, so have to rate this order at least a 3 star.
