An interesting tool for improving your swing.
An interesting product. Iโve been using this for several months during my tennis lessons and I am definitely more consistent in hitting the sweet spot. It is frustrating at first because if you miss that coveted sweet spot all the power is sucked out of the hit... However that is also the point! There is a big incentive to hitting the sweet spot. I am also able to generate more power after removing the training aid because of the drag the aid creates (or lack thereof with the aid removed).Be patient with yourself in the beginning and remember to focus on the racket making contact with the tennis ball. I would recommend using it during the warmup drills and take it off before getting into the main lesson drills. This suggestion comes primarily because the drag the aid creates will change your swing timing ever so slightly and if you practice with it through the main drills it is possible (as in my experience) that your shots that were perfect with the training aid on will be a little off after taking it off. Do give yourself some time to adjust after removing the aid. For the amateur 10-15 minutes of using the aid per lesson will significantly improve your swing power and increase the percentage of hits in the sweet spot.It is a training aid so remember what it is designed to do and how it accomplishes it. With this in mind this aid can be used very effectively.

Nah. And this is why!
This product is complete useful. As this is 100% soft the ball is easy to hit ( even out of center ) bouncing back and forth without difficulty. As itโs all the same material and the racket swing goes very fast you can not feel, see or hear the differences. It just added a little more weight to my racket.Advice: Even though a different material could be a little bit heavier, the only way of feeling It is by making the outside part of a different material, which can create a muted sound or at least prevent the ball from going forward, muting its speed. Thus, you can notice it was hit out of center.Thanks.

Fits a 1988 racket
As pictured, I have it on a 1988 racket. It actually enlarges the sweet spot.

Very disappointed.
I used this to practice hitting the tennis ball in the center. This puts you no wear near center. Very awaward. Don't waste your money.

Doesn't really help
The fit is nice and the idea is great. I bought this wanting to hit better on the sweet spot but to be completely honest.... It doesn't really work. The feedback is just not there. I can't really tell the difference when it's hitting the cloth vs the sweet spot. You'd think that's bananas but for some odd reason the difference is just not big enough to notice.

Not the sweet spot...
Based on the pictures the trainer doesn't even center on the sweet spot.

Needs better feedback
Product fits the racket well and does help you focus on hitting the sweet spot. However there is not enough feedback to tell every time if you hit the sweet spot or the edge of the trainer
