Absolutely. You could even go as far as to contact Tour Vinyl and have them cut a batman decal for you. They may do it free of charge. Even so, If you want to do it yourself, you just need a stencil, an exact-o knife and a steady hand.

Can you put it down wet or has to be dry only

Either. It is very thin and rips easy. Wet works a little better but be very careful.

Is it as easy as just sticking it on? Or do i have to do more like add water and stuff?

Depends on what you are using it for.. you can youtube a step by step to see how it is used. I used it on my hood and roof of car. Looks great but definitely a difficult job when doing it by yourself.
