i ordered Lavendar potted plants with a descrition of 12 to 14 inch tall. They arrived and were only 5 to 6 inch tall. Alyanna at Bonnie said that I received the correct size and that the 12 to 14 inch size was final size when they are fully grown. I told Alyanna that Bonnie's description was misleading and could be false advertizing.Alyanna said that since I was unhappy with the plants Bonnie would refund $14.29, I said that I paid over $33.00 for them. I told Alyanna that I should get a full refund because Bonnie shipped the wrong plant size.Even though plants were watered upon arrival they died within 2 days. If I could give Bonnie Plants a ZERO I would.

First off it's false advertising to show one size of plants in your ad and to send a much smaller plant size in a plastic cup container. Second is these plants are failures. Last year bought plants from Bonnie and nearly half died within days after replanting. This season same thing. I will never ever buy plants from Bonnie plants thru Amazon.

I ordered four Lavender plants, they arrived yesterday and looked real good. Today as you can see two of them are dying.When I checked the chat to get support I could not get any help to resolve the issue. I keep getting message back after and without even waiting for me to ask a question. So far I had to call Amazon to resolve the issue and get my money back. Big company like Bonnie Plants with great variety of plants and herbs, should consider getting some one to take care of IT.

Very healthy fast delivery

I have received totally dead or dying lavender plants for three replacement shipments. Half of the first plants were dead in my initial order. The company has been replacing the plants without any hassle. But it seems to be wasted effort with these delicate lavender plants. I believe the unusually humid weather is responsible. Also, the extreme heat has increased bug activity. Out of 3 shipments of 4 plants, I only have one live plant left. The battle to keep that one alive is real. This is a rare occurrence for this company. I have ordered from them for years. The plants have always arrived in good shape in the past.Shipping live plants is risky. You have weather, shipping delays, and the time factor to work against. Yet, most plants from Bonnie Plants arrive healthy. I gave only one star, not because of the company, but the lavender specifically. They are not surviving shipping these days. Avoid the frustration and order hardier plants. Ones that can tolerate being too wet or dry for a short while, ones with larger, thicker leaves, and heat lovers will be best right now.Most plants from this company arrive lush, healthy, and beautiful. For the other times when weather or transport problems damage the plants, customer service is prompt and hassle-free. I highly recommend buying plants from this company.

So, the packaging was beautiful and they all came neat, my rating is mostly for that and the fact that 6 out of 8 that I ordered came in perfect condition, so far. After a day or being out 1 has completely died and another is fading. I’ve ordered mints from this company and they’re doing fantastic and so are the other 6 lavender plants. Don’t know what the issues is with them but something clearly was an issue prior to coming to me. See pictures.
