Jerky Spice Works - 3 Pack (Multi-Flavor)

Honestly waited a bit to review. Having tried this brand and others i can safety say this one is hands down the best for quick jerky seasoning. High Mountain had 0 flavor. The original is awesome. Still prefer homemade seasoning but this kit is a nice go to

2 lbs of ground meat (i used 85% lean hamburger) per 1 packet. Let sit overnight in a ziploc with as much air removed as possible. Shoot it out with a jerky gun onto a baking cooling rack and throw into an oven at 170 F with the lid cracked for about an hour for softer jerky...how could it get any easier? Good taste (gave me a little bit of heartburn but thats what they make pills for). Wife and kids love it so that means I will be buying more!

Doesn’t taste like it is made from hamburger. Best jerky taste and not too hard to chew

This is very easy to use and most flavors provide a good taste. The least favorite was probably the teriyaki. Overall for the money its good

Very good product. Excellent taste, but a bit over priced. If you don't make jerky all the time, this is a great product.

One of the best Jerky spices you can buy. Works great with venison and beef. Look in youtube for beef jerky recipes , because many recommend this particular brand. The Regular is just perfect. I will say that a package is good for 3 lbs , not 2 lbs. It tastes better and its not so salty.

Best Jerky mix that I have tried. Would recommend over High Mountain and Back Country.Just give it a full day to cure before drying.Also seams to retain moisture better than the other two within the Jerky. Doesn't become overly dried out and hard/crisp.

Not available in BC grocery stores anymore so we had to buy online and it is quite a bit more to purchase now.
