This book was okay. Out of all of it i got about 4 unique recipes to try. It also states its 100% vegan in the description, honey comes from bees and is an animal product, so not vegan. In the begining the book touches on a lot of different types of vegan diets and finding one that may suit you.

There a great amount of recipies in here, and there is some great information in here in regards to protein that most books leave

Good food, bad macros.
A lot of these recipes aren’t actually high protein. They’re good for sure, but kcal vs protein isn’t nearly impressive on over half the recipes.

No index or links to recipes
I couldn’t readily see an index with links which is important with the kindle version. Also the excessive use of exclamation marks throughout the text and recipes was really irritating. The breakfast recipes were very spicy and involved for first thing in the morning. A well intentioned book, but somewhat patronising in style.

Great book
Good choice of recipes, lots of useful nutritional information, each recipe has breakdown of nutritional component values, easy to follow

No pictures, very uninspiring
There is not a single picture in the cookbook, which is usually my starting point for choosing a dish. When going through the recipes, there was not a single moment where I thought "I'll give it a try". Preview "Inside this book" is hiding this fact by not showing any of the relevant pages. Returned.
