Check camera settings.
Have tested this out, and so far so good. Had two issues out of box. First was it kept powering up and down. After a little investergation, it was down to the power switch being Jammed in. After a bit of gentle persuasion it popped back into the correct position. The second issue was down to my lack of knowledge on my Nikon D7200. I could not get the monitor to display, and every time I pressed Live View it clicked off after a second. Looked on line and it said to turn off the CEC. Could not find this on the monitor. In the end I found it was in the camera itself that you had to do this. However it was not shown as CEC.From my tests I believe this will be of great benefit to our film making.

Lot's of features and great screen
I bought this to use as a monitor on my Nikon D7200 DSLR, I have it set up so the monitor is front facing. The handle that connects the monitor to the hotshoe of the DSLr also had a cold shoe, which I use with a Rode Compact Go and have had no problems.Edit: stopped working unexpectantly, I have sent the item back and now purchased another as a replacement, will update again when i receive and test the next one.I think it's important what another reviewer said and that is to disable CEC in your camera, there are turotials online, mostly are how to enable it, but if you want to see what you have on liveview you must disable it.

Best monitor I could find at that price
The media could not be loaded. I have spent a lot of time using this monitor, it's great for the price, Sharp, robust and loaded with features, works great on a gimbal, (Ronin 1 for me)Im glad we've come to the point where you can get a f bit of kit with all the focus and exposure aids for less than 150,

Just not good enough!
On first impression I was happy but then it went down hill. The screen is not the best through live view but on play back its crisp, don't understand why it need to be better on playback. The second thing is the buzzing noise from the monitor it is always there and if you are running a mic near it you pick it up.I'm sorry to say I this time Neewer it's just not a winner... for me anyway.

Not user friendly at all.
Not user friendly at all. Menu system is a nightmare. Not to be used in the field. Would not recommend.
