I have always bought what was the lifetimes at the autostore. I am a commercial HVAC mechanic and I always replace unit parts with genuine OEM parts. I started to ask myself why do i buy cheap for myself and good for the customer. The OEM parts at least on HVAC tend to last longer is properly installed. I have started to buy only OEM parts for the 2003 Suburban now and I can say I wish I would have done this sooner. Get the professional line just spend the few extra bucks and get what your vehicle came with originally. Bargan shop for tv's and food and pizza not on car parts that you save 20 bucks on but replace twice as often or are unhappy with all together. I purchased the OE AC Delco Professional rear drum hat for left and right side. I also purchased the OE AC Delco Professional front disc for left and right side. I purchased the OE AC Delco Professional ceramic pads and the AC Delco OE emergency brake shoes (came as a 2 piece kit with all hardware). The rotors were coated as described, they were true and to specs. they came with all clips and hardware as stated. there was no core charge or return fee and they were 75% cheaper than the local auto stores that want you to buy their brand and charge for cores. I will probably never buy from a local auto store again. This was a great purchase and I am very happy with the outcome of the install. If you are new at this and are replacing the front brakes on the suburban you will need a T55 (torex 55 bit) Will buy again in another 100k miles.

Looks good and initial performance is good. Time will tell if it holds up through Midwest winters.The rotors I received were made in China.

Installed these rotors on rear of 2004 tahoe LT rear wheel drive suv. Fit was exact for my suv, also replaced e brake shoes as well. There is a trick to doing that. Shoes are one piece, slide around till you find the sweet spot to get shoe behind axle hub. For me it was about a 1.5 hr. Job, both rears. Very happy with quality of rotors.

I replaced all of my rotors with AC Delco factory rotors. The previous rotors were the popular slotted and cross-drilled type. Those rotors seem to be made from inferior materials and they almost always develop cracks at the drilled holes. These AC Delco rotors improved the brake pedal feel and stopping power. If you drive correctly and are not hard braking then you should not experience any warping. I've had these on for several thousand miles and are happy with them and the performance.

These are high quality rotors.spend the extra money and just get them.one thing you do not want to skimp on is your brake rotors.i have used several different types of rotors in the past.from cheap,to cryogenically slotted/drilled rotors.the acdelcos are made from premium steel.i could see the quality as soon as i felt them in my hands.for now on acdelco is the only rotor i will put on my vehicle.personally,i would stay away from the lower end acdelco products.acdelco has 3 tiers of product quality,and the top tier really is much,much better.my truck came with the cheaper economy acdelco rotors and they did not last past 19,000 miles,but the higher end performance type rotors are superior quality.also,make sure to get the higher end acdelco brake pads as well.the better quality really does make a very noticeable difference.good luck.

I purchased these for the rear of my 04 Yukon, paired them with some high end pads and they were glazed within the first week.Had them resurfaced, 1 week later same thing.Mechanic took them off and roughed them up a bit, 3 days later they are glazed agin.Horrible screeching when stopping.I have never had rear rotors heat up or glaze like this, very disappointed.
