Raise Your Vibration

I love this book! It is a handy resource to have on your spiritual journey. What I love about it is that Ms. Reber’s words are spoken from the heart. You can feel the truth in them. Ms. Reber is also upfront with her messages and teachings; she doesn’t beat around the bush and I love that. The tips and tools she shares in this book will help you reclaim your personal power, remind you that you are a divine being with unlimited potential and help you reconnect to your true self that is peaceful and joyful—simply, unconditional love. I have found that everything covered in this book has been a confirmation from the Universe that what I have known and felt in my heart to be true is indeed. I highly recommend it, as well as reading Ms. Reber’s posts on her How To Raise Your Vibration Facebook page and blog. I am eternally grateful for all the tools and insight Ms. Reber has shared generously with the world. I am sure anyone embarking on his or her spiritual journey will also find her work to be invaluable.

This spiritual book is insightful and alluring. It doesn’t sugarcoat spiritual awakening, but instead digs into the transformation of the lower self to keep us grounded in the process. I intend to use it as a curriculum with my upcoming spiritual transformation group this fall. Awesome!

Every human can use this information at this time. This book clearly communicates the Ascension process happening on planet Earth and with us humans. It is a unique exciting time with so many rapid changes. This book helps to clarify and explain what we are each going through-if we choose and allow the process.

Absolutely THE best book I've read (to date) on how/why you can raise your vibration. It truly is the human instruction manual for precarious times. I related to everything she said; so much confirmation. I especially love the noted nuance situations that many people wouldn't even notice, such as when your frequency is higher than the people around you, they won't hear when you speak and sometimes won't even see you. YES, this has happened to me. It used to happen when I'd be in the grocery store. People would be attracted by the energy and literally run into me with their shopping carts.Amazing stuff in this book. You HAVE to read this, even if you already know this stuff, it's great confirmation especially in the NOW. Posting this on June 12, 2015. Thank you so much for being the voice of clarity in a tricky (and often deluded) subject. For everyone out there who keeps asking "What's my purpose in life?" This is YOUR purpose! To wake up and create heaven on earth by doing all your internal work. It's a process and it's ongoing, but it is your purpose and your reason for BEING here BEING NOW.

This book is truly a holy grail; but I couldn't believe near the end when she is writing recommendations on eating, that she says to eat fish and poultry. In 2018, there is no compassion and spirituality in consuming animal products. It is cruel, unnecessary, contributes to the leading cause of environmental devastation, and needlessly causes suffering to creatures who also have vibrations and feel joy, love, and pain. Karma includes what we inflict on other beings and the earth, directly and indirectly. These are not the days of killing to survive or self defense. No excuse. There is protein from plant sources that are not filled with chemicals, fear, over breeding, human domination, oppression, slavery, exploitation, destruction, and pain. How could someone so spiritual to write this book not realize that? I guess she needs to further research herself on this one topic.

This text was exactly what I was looking for! I love how direct and specific the author is in describing exactly how to raise you vibration. I appreciate the step by step lay out and explanation of the rhyme and reason behind the suggestions. It is an easy read which makes it all the more helpful. I have never heard the term "Christ Consciousness" prior to reading this book and it makes total sense! There is a clear differentiation from religion and raising the vibration through Christ consciousness. I won't give any more away but I recommend this book for all those who consider themselves being on a spiritual journey.

No one can raise your vibration for you, but this book supports your physical and spiritual ascension journey. Sabrina verbalizes things that for the most part cannot be put into words.

You won’t regret it. Great book. Divine timing down the chapter, words, and the time I read it. Throughly enjoyed this can’t wait to reread!

If i was the only person alive, i would carry this book along and survive happily. It's detailed, packed with everything you need to know to live a fruitful life.

I purchased this book years ago and I have read it and reread it so many times. It is the most informative, accurate and concise book on spirituality that you will ever come across. It astounds me every time I read it.

I found myself reading several parts of this book over and over again so that I could totally absorb all that was written. Sabrina uses simple language but it reaches to the core of what she is writing about. Once finished I wanted to read it all over again to maximize the messages. This book is a keeper that will resonate with everyone. It serves as a validation to those of us journeying on our own path of Awakening. You will not be disappointed.

I bought this book to try and understand a little more about spirituality and to encourage me to continue meditating and looking within for inspiration. I absolutely loved every page and savoured every word. This book is uplifting and I am going to start from the beginning again and refer to it whenever I feel a little out of sorts!!I have recommended it to several friends who also love it so buy it and feel uplifted!!

Die Chakras werden angesprochen, wie die energetischen Blockaden auf den physischen Körper und im einzelnen auf die Organe einwirken und es dann zu Krankheiten kommt. Es gibt eine Tabelle in welcher die Eigenschaften der Ego-Persönlichkeit und die des höheren Selbst gegenüber gestellt werden, wie Elitismus im Ego - Einheit beim Höheren Selbst; Dogma im Ego - Offenheit beim Höheren Selbst usw. Das Buch ist gut strukturiert und alle wichtigen Aspekte die transformiert werden müssen auf dem Weg zu einem Höheren Bewusstsein werden angesprochen.
