Having surgery? A must have!
My foot surgeon instructed me to start these the night before surgery and continue at regular intervals for awhile. Amazing! I could not believe how these, combined with aggressive icing kept the bruising and swelling to a minimum! He said he learned if using these from a plastic surgeon. I am a believer!
