Like everything about it.If you'd like to strengthen your core while laying on your back & simulating swimming, this is the product.Of course this isn't the only available exercise on this versatile all in one gym.This gym is a full body strength workout source well worth adding to your workout schedule.It isn't bulky & hides away easily. Perfect!

Works well for a home device and you can get a solid workout. Issue is it could be more sturdy and i wish it had a higher incline
