I had been looking to buy some brioche tins as a gift for a friend who had admired my own set. But prices have skyrocketed for sets like my old ones, making them unaffordable. And then i found these! I've had great success with other silicone baking 'pans'and thought i would try these. My friend loves them. Sturdy enough to produce the desired shape, easy to pop the baked dough out of them, and easy to clean. Yes, put them on a baking sheet for ease of use and extra stability but i have to do that with my metal tins as well. Good product, good value.

Having had different brands of these silicone muffin molds, I was happy to learn these really do release the brioche without a fight!

I usually use these for muffins - they are very sturdy and release well. I use them on a baking sheet, and they have done very well - they cool very quickly to the touch as well, so I can turn the muffins out fairly quickly. The best way I have found to clean them is to soak them very briefly and use a round bottle brush. They are sturdy enough to tap most of the water out of them so they dry on the rack faster. My husband likes to put them in the dishwasher, and that works fine as well.I’m very happy with these.

I used to use metal pasticiotti forms then went to paper ones. These silicone forms work the best and are easy to clean.

I like to bake small, bite sized tartlets and it was always a struggle to remove them from the forms (metal). These silicon forms are perfect. The baked goods are easy to remove, they are easy to clean, and if you need to serve something in the form, they even look cheerful.

The size is not as expected. Disappointing.

These are perfect little bite size, I use them in my airfryer.

I have used the cups to make different types of desserts (baking and steaming) and the results are very impressive. It is so easy to remove the baked goods and to clean the cups. I would recommend this product to everyone.

Smaller than expected

I used these molds to make pecan tarts and it turned out perfectly. The tarts were easy to extract and the molds were easy to clean. Awesome! 👍🏻
