STAKEHOLDER Tarp Handles, Set of Four

I love the idea of these. slide the corner of the tarp through the slot, put the grommet over the tab, drive the stake into the ground. Dodn.t quite work that way. I have hard, dry ground and the stake is kind of flimsy. I was afraid to drive it in with a mallet for fear of breaking it. the part that DOES work, that these four can lock together to close a tarp so it can be moved without spilling whatever is on it is wonderful. I used this to move leaves to the curb for pickup by the vacuum truck. They made a long hard job MUCH easier.

These are the handiest little lawn care gandgets. I didn’t use the stake part bc this OKIE ground is more clay than soil but I don’t feel like that affected the usefulness at all. I’m ordering a second set for the lake place lots of leaves there too. Ugh! Love trees hate the clean up.

These stakes really help when raking up leaves. I was concerned about their strength and toughness when I first saw them, but they seem to be holding up well. Be sure you follow the instructions when attaching to you tarp; you must thread the tarp through the slot first before snapping the grommet onto the stake. The spike is not very long and it is kind of broad, so it probably won't go into hard, dry ground. It slips into wet ground easily. The handles make it easy to pull out and make it very easy to move the full tarp.

A very clever but simple solution to a yearly problem - piling and hauling leaves. These work great! I wish I had them 40 years ago. Great product.
