Simple Lowest Cost Solution
Destroying a lock is simple. You can buy 4 little tubes of super glue from most stores including the dollar store. Just jam a paperclip in the lock then pull it half way out. Wiggle the paperclip until it breaks off. Using the big broken off part of the paperclip push the smaller piece of paperclip back deep into the lock. Remove the pushing (big) art of the paperclip. Then fill the keyhole that has the little piece of paperclip with super glue. One paperclip and a one dollar pack of superglue can destroy 5 to 10 lock sets.
