Like Amazon Customer said above: “For some reason I thought I was getting 3.” I too only received one also. Perhaps we were misled by the advertisement on Amazon which still uses the plural form when discussing these devices. Also, this notion was further rooted in the fact that the buyer is not given a color choice—I received a blue valve, while the advertisement shows Red, Yellow, and Blue. The current advertisement strongly implies that you will receive all three devices: one Red, one Yellow, and one Blue, and my reason for purchasing from this vendor.Misleading advertisement and long lead time are the reasons for the low rating. Additionally, I will not order HVAC equipment or devices from this vendor again because I have subsequently learned that according to current EPA requirements in order to be “legal” these items MUST be EPA approved.

i thought i would get 3 valves like it show but i got one and contacted the seller but he didnt respond back . to me . explaneing why . i have not use it yet . but im pretty sure its good . as price was good .

It's deceiving! Not a set of 3! Only one valve. I guess it's still a good price for one valve but i had to wait 4-5 weeks it. Would've been worth the wait if it was for the set of 3. Not worth it for just one valve.

Revisen bien las letras pequeñas es una solo valvula, no las tres q muestran las fotos
