Q: I’m having trouble getting the standard size to slide down my shaft any suggestions?

Add plenty of mineral oil/solvent inside the grip keeping one finger on the bottom grip hole. Put your other finger on the top and shake to ensure all inside walls of the grip is covered evenly. Spray the shaft on the top and bottom of tape and slide grip on immediately. Once on, you will have a minute or two to remove from vice to finalize the proper alignment with club head while looking down the shaft.

I don't think so. It is a kit (set). Maybe contact them and ask.

Q: Does this kit include a putter grip

No. Just iron and woods grips. Great value though. I have purchased multiple sets for others.

Q: Is Saplize a brand name or the manufacturer? Trying to find who actually makes these grips and how to contact directly.

I think it both? not sure why you want to contact them but their grips are not that great...i regret buying mine and had to re-grip them shortly. Better off just sticking to golf pride.
