Convenient for one purchased. The material of the baking basket made from rattan is very good and sturdy, without splinters, easy to clean when I finish using it. The lame bread has a wooden handle that looks compact and pretty. Soft plastic dough scrapper is easy to use. The bag is of sufficient size so we can use it for many other purposes. The bread kit will be more perfect if you sell a brush.

A great baking set with five items, a banneton proofing bread basket with linen cloth liner, one lame bread slashing tool with 5 blades include, one dough scrapper and one cotton bag. This is a round basket made of a durable and reliable rattan cane material. It is 9 inches in diameter, and can hold roughly 1.5 pounds of dough. That is more than enough for a fabulous home-made loaf.

great starting kit
This is a great starting kit, not a forever kit.the linen has already ripped after the 2nd use. seems like the top is just a little too small for the basket. disappointing. I have to keep my eye on the dough so it doesn't dry out.

Great Set!
I have not really used this bowl because my old one is not completely broken. But I think it looks better than what I am currently using. The Bread Scoring Lame is amazing, very sharp and cuts through dough like butter. All of the baking bread kit you need as a beginner. Everything was super! Loved this whole package.
