I was hired a few months ago to teach at a junior high school. The rumor was that the new guy (me) used to be a Navy Seal. I was actually only a civilian worker at a Navy facility, but the kids don't need to know that, right? I won't lie to them, but a little properly placed misinformation doesn't necessarily hurt either. This poster has been hanging in my classroom. When they ask if I was a Navy Seal, I answer honestly: "I can neither confirm nor deny." No behavior issues to report.
