Fantastic, versatile, flexible fit and comfortable!
Great wrap for hand/wrist! So versatile, either warmth or ice cold! Extremely comfortable, fits very well regardless of hand size and provides needed support for those of us with carpal tunnel! The velcro closures are very strong. Can easily go through my day wearing one or both and still be able to function using my hands - except when you need to wash your hands!! I purchased 2 wraps and a total of 4 sets of inserts. I keep 2 sets of ice packs in the freezer...always prepared to use cold wraps. The other 2 sets I keep out. When I need heat...just a minute in the microwave and ready to relax using the wraps with warmth!

Works Well
Have used it many times, works very well for both compression and for icing. Only thing that could be a little better is getting the cold packs into the brace is a bit hard if your wrist is in pain but it's manageable. Best dual compression and cold support I've found by far

Works great
Fits as tight and or as loose as you want it. Very nice support. Ice packs come out easily and stay cold for a while. Only down side is you can’t write with it on

Just perfect for my achy hand
I've had trouble with my wrist for over a year and this brace works great for easing the inflammation. Before I purchased it, I read in the reviews that the ice packs were difficult to take out and put back. My solution was to buy 2. That way, I just keep the whole wrist wrap in the freezer and there's always 1 ready when I need it.

Great idea, okay product
It is a little annoying to get it on properly, and I have to leave the ice packs out for a while before using them in the brace as it's way too cold to use fresh out of the freezer. I haven't tried the heat option yet. Runs a little small IMO, but I do have large-ish hands I guess.

Well-made wrap that feels so comfy on!!
Fits exactly like the picture shows - there are two spots for an ice-pack (2 are included), so you can apply the cold to the front and back at the same time. The ice packs are a bit small, but I don't think you want them any bigger, as that would cause the wrap to be too bulky. The downside is that they only last about 15-20 mins before you have to re-freeze them -- I think that's close to where you want to give it a break anyway. Other than that -- feels wonderful when it's on!!About the only other nitpick I can find with it is that the opening for one of the ice packs is it a bit small - so when it's frozen, it requires a little work to get it in...it may loosen up a bit as I use itBut overall - great product...I may have to get another one for the other wrist so both can feel the relief at the same time!!

Offers great compression
While it offers great compression the gels only last approximately 6-8 minutes. And that includes it cooling down. No matter how long I freeze the gel pack or if I have it alone, with the brace and a towel over-it all adds up to not even 10minutes. It is disappointing as I need to ice everyday. This was my first impression of the Wrist Wrap. However, after voicing my concern to the seller, the customer service team sent me a replacement gel pack to try out. This was a fantastic solution! I now have the soothing relief of the pack and the necessary compression. I also adore how compact and convenient it is. Great to use with drinking tea before bed or hopping on the bus. The only downfall is that I have to switch braces after use. I have tried several times using this as a brace and all it does is cause further injury to my wrist so now as soon as I am don't icing I take it off right away

Useful, but needs improvement
In theory this is a great idea; in practice, it was very difficult, with an injured wrist, to insert the frozen ice packs into the brace. It was so difficult that the ice packs were starting to thaw before I could get both of them inserted into the pockets on the brace. I think that the openings to insert the ice packs need to be a little bit larger, but otherwise once I got them in, it fit as intended, and it was more comfortable, and less painful, than trying to hold an ice pack against my wrist without a brace.
