Bibetta Ultrabib Baby Bib with Sleeves (Blue Fish)

I bought a couple of these bibs when my daughter started eating solids at around 6 months old and well over 1 year later they are still going strong - and they are used a lot!They keep her clothes clean, the neck is snug (meaning food doesn't tend to slide down) without being too tight. They wash well and are comfortable for her to wear. The pocket sticks out just enough to catch most food that doesn't quite make it in to her mouth without it being a hard plastic shell which can get in the way.Just a couple of considerations - (1) they are a little more bulky that most bibs so I tend to save them for use at home and have some more flimsy ones for use on-the-go (e.g. Hippychick Bumkins - which are fine for on the go but have not lasted nearly as well and they are used far less), (2) I try to remember to do the velcro up before throwing them in the washing machine as the velcro otherwise risks catching on other parts of the bib or other clothes making them bobble (not a major issue though).

I really do love this bib. We've had this since my monkey was about 8 months (after trying many others) and it stills fits now at 21 months, though his arms stick out a little further than they used to these days. The first two photos I've attached are of him at 8 months and the last one (sorry for the awful quality but you can still get an idea of the fit) at 18 months both while below the 50th percentile. I can't see this lasting much past age two unless you have a very small little one, for us I think we'll be needing a larger size in a few months. The food catcher I found pretty handy, all the other bibs we tried that had one were completely useless as they stayed flat and didn't catch anything, this one doesn't and actually holds a fair bit of dropped food for them to did into later. I've even put the bib on him and used the catcher part as a bowl before, just put berries and biscuits straight in and let him walk about with his snacks while I get on with the housework.The only issue I had with this bib was that the neck wasn't completely sealed and with a messy eater like mine something always managed to run down his neck onto his clothes, that's why (as you can see in the photos) I put a bandana bib around him as well: Absorbs any sauces or juice before it runs down his neck and lets the big bib deal with the bigger pieces. I've never had problems with mould as others have mentioned but I put this bib straight in the wash after it's used unless it's only had dried food on it. I find it washes easily (we haven't managed to stain ours and it's had every kind of food you can imagine smeared on it) and it dries quickly, it's soft and keeps clothes lovely and clean. I only wish they did the next size up so we wouldn't have to go through another dozen bibs before finding one that works as well.

This has been great to keep my little fellas clothes clean and dry. No complaints so far, he is only 7 months, so it will get messier. It is a very sturdy bib, much more so than a few others I have bought. I am probably going to have to buy another, as once it gets very dirty/wet it can be washed but takes a while to dry. You need two on the go at the same time.

This is a fab bib! Waterproof, washes really well and protects her clothes really well! I give it a quick rinse after each meal and it dries in minutes on the radiator. The only thing to watch out for is the velcro on the back- when the bib isn't being used, secure the velcro so it doesn't pull the neoprene material and make it look scruffy and pilled!

Not the easiest to clean and very thick material - kind of like a wetsuit. But good for keeping baby clean!

These bibs are fantastic. They are completely waterproof and my granddaughter's clothes are spotless after she has eaten. I only wish they had been around when my sons were little. They are lovely and soft for her to wear and (I bought two) can easily be washed out by hand if you're not doing a 30 degree wash. They don't pick up stains easily either, which is a real bonus. Would thoroughly recommend them.

It's a great design and fits perfectly but unfortunately despite washing as per instructions, mould appeared on the front within a week and it smells horrible.

I think these bibs are attractive and initially great to use. However over time they either start to smell or go mouldy depending on how you clean them. No method had worked for me and short of putting in the washing machine every day I don't see how they can be successfully cleaned.

Spedizione nei tempi e senza problemi.Il bavaglino è lavabile in lavatrice. Il materiale della parte frontale è semi assorbente e spesso. Non lascia passare liquidi quindi il bambino non si sporca. Però assorbe un po' i liquidi e con la frutta si è un po' macchiato e non va più via. Ci impiega un pin troppo ad asciugarsi. Forse sono meglio quelli di plastica morbida.Troppo grande per bimbi di 6 mesi. Per ora lo uso davvero poco. Forse meglio da 8 mesi in poi.

Pour un bébé qui commence à gigoter au moment du repas, ce bavoir est parfait. il recupere la bouffe, est étanche, il a des manches et couvre bien les épaules ainsi il sauvegarde le vetement de bébé! Peut-être un peu épais pour l' été par contre.Facile à nettoyer, seche vite et s' attache bien derriere par un scratch qui ne frotte pas contre le cou du bébé.Je recommande.

Dieses Produkt ging an meine beiden Patentöchter. Die eine benutzt es seit über 2 Jahren und es sieht immer noch aus wie am ersten Tag. Es muss nicht immer sofort in die Waschmaschine wenn es vollgekleckert ist sondern lässt sich einfach abwischen....klasse Idee mit dem Stoff!!
