Schleich Standing Raccoon Toy Figure

I collect this brand and recently bought a bunch for my birthday. Very surprised that 2 of them were of poor quality bc I've never ever had this issue. His nose isn't even fully painted, the mask looks like they painted a black line across his face (which is practically just white) and the shading in his ears is just a dot. There's no layering on the fur and tail, it looks like they just dry-brushed some gray on the plain plastic base. I don't know what happened with this one cause I've always ordered this brand from Amazon and they always look exactly as expected. Will have to make a return for the first time.

I purchased this as a cake topper for a child's raccoon birthday and it was perfect size. It has a very realistic quality to it and the paint is nicely done. It has since become a treasured and we'll used to that has held up nicely with solid construction. I'd recommend this to anyone on the fence, just be aware that it is quite small in size. Easily fits in the palm of a child's hand.

Definitely nothing like the description. Disappointing. It's barely painted very faded and washed out looking. The quality is definitely poor for a Schleich figurine.

My grandsons have a large collection of Schleich animals, but most are wild/zoo animals. We bought them a few woodland animals, and they are very happy. The wild animals have been set aside for the time being, but will likely be back out again soon.

So tiny. It was my mistake that I didn't look in the written description to see the size of it- but from the images I thought it was perhaps poorly made but big. I got it as a prank to scare my husband and when I opened it I was laughing so hard. It's just not what is shown. For a toy it's good but remember to look at the details!

I don't know how they do it, but the detail on this little guy is great. I use it as a model for sketching, can turn it any which way, playing with angles and shadows. Very life-like, even though only about 2 1/8 inches tall. Obviously not "photo-realistic", but it even shows the direction of fur growth, which is helpful to me. And I'd bet a child would enjoy playing with it, since it's so cute, but not cartoony.

the body is basically white. Getting a refund.

Love these animals but was disappointed in this raccoon. One drop to the floor and the ear broke off. Needless to say I have a very upset Birthday boy.

My 4 year old grandson loves animals especially exotic ones so bought a collection for his present day.

Rather expensive for a bit of plastic but the detail is quite good and the Grandson loves it

I love raccoons and this guy is super cute. He looks fab now standing in my ornament cupboard. Great quality and quick delivery.
