Great customer service and great helmet, you do have to assemble it yourself (which is a good thing, make it fit better).

Smells a bit like fresh paint on the inside, but it's easy to see out of and fits fairly comfortably on the face (though I didn't wear it that long, so I might not have had a chance to really let it get uncomfortable). The one issue is that you have to use rubber strings to tie the pieces together, and that's super-annoying. Difficult, too. But overall, I'm glad I finally have a mask from one of my favorite animes of all time.

The package was very tough and protective, the construction seems to be solid but the assembly is such a pain, there is absolutely 0 padding inside, meaning that no one can fit properly in it without adding it, the front and back is held by stretchy bands that you have to tie yourself through metal loops, i don't know how long the loops will hold though. So the outside is good, the inside is ... ok
