Didn't fit my model
All though I ordered the part, and I did install the new switch and it did operate the saw correctly.This trigger was not compatible with my Model DW 359 and did not fit the factory housing.It was to thick, so I returned it

MADE IT FIT
I have an older DEWALT DW359 . The switch isn,t made anymore.Didn,t want to buy a new saw. One of the reviews said they made an adjustment to the handle. I used an oscillating tool to "carve" [open] the handle to make it fit.The location of the wire connections was different but no big deal.It,s now working fine.

Not a 1269 switch
In the picture it's marked a 1269 switch i didnt receive that but the switch works but its not a long switch small button. I will use it.
