The Bee-Kind Garden: Apian wisdom for your garden (Wise Words)

Great gift for both the bee lover & the beekeeper. Although a pretty general (& short) overview of bees, it also has a lot of bee 'lore' -- some verse, superstitions, etchings, sayings. Very prettily bound, with a green satin ribbon.

This is a lovely book for both the bee keeper, the gardener and the lover of all gentle things. I highly reccomend it.

I was disappointed with this book. It is one of those books that feels good in the hand and is printed in a way that makes it a pleasure on the eyes, but I found it rather trivial. Each section was too small to learn anything from. It is really a book of bee related snippets.

Enjoyed this small informative book and will dip into it as necessary to make sure I will attract bees for coming years

An ok book. Looks very pretty, and likely a decent 'Xmas' type gift. But not that informative. Lots, and lots of 'trivia' on bees. not really my type of book. Doesn't go into much depth. Quite expensive.
