these wedges were popping off as i walked, so i searched around for something to bridge the gap in the back and maybe a grip on the base for them to stay on. my #1 concern was something being TOO sticky and removing the insole of my VINTAGE (read: delicate) designer shoes, which i’ve seen other products do. i avoided readjusting in case, but i did remove the ball grip to see the difference and it peeled off without ruining anything. it also stuck right back on with ease. i dont have issues with them coming up, they seem to have stuck well. they’re nice and squishy. they’re thick so if i would recommend if your shoes are half a size up to a full size too big.

Wore these on date night and really helped me through the night! My feet didn't hurt as much as they usually do. I was happy with the results !

these are pretty thick, and also, really big. I ended up cutting one around the heel because I used them for a pair of sandal heels that I needed them for. Pretty good, but again, they’re all one size and that one size is like… Huge. So if you’re using them for a pile of heels like in the photo, you might want to anticipate these being too big... And I already wear almost a 10 1/2 😭

Padding was soft. However, the surface was slippery therefore my foot kept sliding forward.

Helped so much

I bought these to help with pain from stiletto heels and every thing was a disaster. It did not matter how far forward or back on the front insert it was always uncomfortable and caused foot pain almost instantly. The back insert does not stay whatsoever and I had to constantly adjust it after putting my foot in which was very inconvenient. They are overall very hard and not squishy and they don’t fit my heels that well.

These worked PERFECTLY for my Mary Jane Doc Martens! No blisters! They are super soft and the perfect thickness. I used them in my Doc boots as well, and it worked just as well. They were easy to apply and seem to stick well. They are a little slippery but that works really well with what I needed them for.

These are uniquely designed to fit in a shoe to add cushion to the bottom of your foot (heel) and to cushion the back of your foot (heel). The set comes with a separate cushion for the ball of your foot and is thicker at the underside bend of your toes, like an imprint. That is very cozy feeling,keeping the foot in the correct place in the shoe.

I have a pair of heels that are 0.5 a size too big on me and a pair of loafers with stiff leather that scratched the back of my heels and has given my sores and blisters... these cushion insoles are magical! I’ve used them in my heels and now they fit me perfectly, and I’m currently walking in those loafers I just mentioned and my ankle is not hurting for the first time since I’ve bought them. Not sure how long this is going to last but according to the description of this product, washing them can make them adhesive again so you can reuse them in different shoes. I am happy. TLDR; makes your too-big shoes fit better and those blister causing stiff shoes cushioned and harmless. Highly recommend it!

I ordered these for two reasons - one to take the pressure of the balls of my feet and the two to help a bit with the slightly loose fit of my shoes. The 3 pairs for the ball of your feet are great. They do the job and helps me with my heels on a busy day at work. But the heel grips is another matter. - The grips for the heel don't stay in place, they keep shifting when you try to slip on your shoes or roll up while walking. Also, it does not help if you need it to manage the snug fit. Its such an pain, that in fit of the moment, I ripped them off my shoe and binned them. I gave them a 3 star, as the foot cushions definitely do a great job.
