Broken plug
My plug going into the device is broken, it seems to have pushed inand I can no longer use. I am very disappointed because I hardly got to use it and I purchased for a very small room I use for an office.

Just what I needed
The media could not be loaded. Sometimes my ac cooling effect is not good, but the repair cost is very expensive, so I bought this mini cooling fan. I have used it for nearly a month and I am very satisfied. It is small and it doesn’t take up too much space and low noise during use. With about 500ml of cold water, it can be used continuously for about 5 hours. The wind it blows is cool, and the humidification function will not make you feel dry. And it also can be used as an ambient light at night. Note: for the first time, after added water it needs to be still for 10 minutes. Wait for the filter to absorb the water to use the humidification function. I used to think it was broken when I first used it.lol

Missing a remote
The unit seems to work as intended. The owner's manual mentioned a remote that we did not receive.

So far disappointed but hopeful.
Since it was delivered yesterday been using. Not pleased with it so far. Air is cool not cold. Even though I've used ice water. Also, not sure if LED light is only suppose to light up in back half. The front is completely dark. I'll give it a little more time hoping for improvement...

Only worked a few times..
I was super excited about this product and worked great the first two times.. Until the next time it just wouldn’t turn on. I even tried replacing the cord thinking that could be issue but still no luck :(

It’s not cool enough as they describe in the product info.

Small cooling area
Works but definitely for desk top, doesn't cool even small room

Defective out of the box
I purchased this for my mother to use during a heat wave in July. She lives in Alaska and they had 90° heat over the summer. Fans were sold out all over town so I bought this and had it sent to her house. When it arrived, the item didn’t work at all. I recently visited her last week and checked the fan for myself. It didn’t turn on at all. The return period has passed so I’m just out the money for the purchase.
