I love my water pitcher. It works great and the taste of the water is incredible. I am lucky to have really good tap water where I am at, and after using my pitcher, I can clearly smell an odor of chlorine on my tap water now which I had never noticed before. I will not drink my tap water without filtering it and I prefer to have healing alkaline water. This pitcher makes it convenient to do both filter and take that chlorinated smell and taste away. If I had anything negative to say about it, I do have trouble keeping the lid snapped into place.

I can only say that I spend WAY too much money on bottled alkaline water, and I figured I'd look to see what options were available. There is indeed costly filtration systems, but honestly, I was hoping to find a good filtered Pitcher, due to space and ease of use. I found EHM's Ultra II water pitcher, and my quest is completed. I've only recently ordered this, but I can say without a doubt that the water tastes 100% better with this pitcher, than from the tap, and for that, I'm happy. I will be getting PH testers soon, to "see the change to PH in action", but I am positive that I'll confirm the reality of this pitcher, that is does indeed increase the PH of the water. I highly recommend this product to anyone and I am VERY happy with this pitcher.

I bought this pitcher because I used to own the Ultra I, so when I saw this one i was instantly interested. I really think they have improved a lot. The old one had a bit of a lid issue but this one blows it out the water. The lid and new body is great way easier to use and the water is great and SUPER alkaline, I can tell this one is going to last long because of how sturdy the base feels. This filter features adjusters that let you control how alkaline you are ready for. The completely took customer notes here because this pitcher is a breeze to use it even comes packed so neatly, my last one did not make this amazing first impression. I actually did a video for the first time because I think people should really now the great differences that happened here! Go EHM! THANK YOU!

I really love the ease of having this pitcher. We were so tired of having to lug in water containers from the store. And the water taste is good. The lid stays on fine with normal use.My only complaint is the filter sometimes seems to get jammed up. And I have to pull it out and shake it really hard. Then when I put it back in the water flows through it.. Until the next time it stops working again.Kind of annoying.

I have used alkaline water pitchers for several years and have tried a few. The biggest problem was the capacity. I was always refilling the pitcher. The EHM pitcher is so much better. The larger capacity is a game changer. The taste is great. The filters are easy to use. I tested the water and the PH was 9.5. The only thing that is somewhat problematic is the lid. It doesn’t really fit on very smoothly but if it’s on correctly, it does not fall off when pouring, although I always do hold the lid when pouring just in case. Overall, very happy with the purchase.

I've had my alkaline pitcher for a couple of years so I am used to replacing the filters. However, this particular filter makes the water smell and taste really bad. I compared it to the water straight from the faucet, and the faucet water had a much cleaner taste, and did not have the smell it had after being filtered. I filled up the pitcher and dumped it out over 10 times and it still tastes horrible. I don't know what these filters did to my water but never again! Please be careful and make sure your water smells clean before drinking.

I'm really pleased with this. I almost bought one of the larger alkaline pitchers, but there were complaints about difficulty of use. This is super, super easy, and the water is better tasting water than I think I've ever had, and I drink a lot of water. I haven't missed having a larger capacity because I add water back in as soon as I use it, and by the time I want to use it again, the new water has filtered in. So glad I bought this.

I like the taste of the water. However the filter does not go all the way to the bottom of the holder like in the reference photo, no matter how much you push it in. When I get some ph strips I’m going to test the water, and if it’s not as advertised I’m taking this back.
