Ba Gua Nei Gong, Volume 6: Marrow Washing Nei Gong

It is helpful for the marrow washing I was interested in. It referenced prior books which is an issue for me since this is the only book I have. Anyone who wants to use this book needs to keep this in mind.

Thin volume, but full of information that you absolutely wont get anywhere else...even in China unless you're a disciple. Thoroughly recommended.
