Does this mascara flake?

As long as you apply properly, it shouldn't flake. It has real nylon bristles. Not those weird silicon ones that are so popular and so ineffective. Make sure never to pump your wand. Swirl around to get product. Then with a facial tissue, gently wipe excess. Apply. Wait at least a minute or so to let dry before second coat or use a short blast of hair dryer on gentle.

Why soes this obly sell in .03 oz? Most mascara gives tou more product. Bt the time my wamd is nicely coated im out of product. ,:(
