Good product but slightly overpriced
Does the job and has quite a lot of space. Little bit expensive though for what's essentially a little notebook

Great for a log book to just throw around the gym
Super compact and easy to use. Enough spaces for several workouts with options to write in stretching and cardio and notes.

My perfect workout journal.
I had some pretty intense surgery two years ago and my PT guy told me to get to the gym and start strength training, so I did. I found out that I enjoy the heavier workout of free weights and the larger machines a lot!My PT guy suggested I get a workout journal to keep track of what I was doing. I tried a few but most were large and very inconvenient. There were some other smaller sized journals but they didn't have much to them. They were much like buying a lined 5 x 8-inch notebook or something but paying out the nose for it.THIS journal is different. It has days of the week, times, AM / PM, 9 lines for exercises with six boxes across to put in sets and reps. Three lines for your cardio and an open box for NOTES (which, of course, you can use for anything you want). It is the BOMB!BTW, This little journal helps a lot when it comes to physical issues too. Over four months, I strained my shoulder three times (I know. What a fool, right?). When I went into the sports/therapy doctor he said, "It's problematic for me to figure out what you're doing. It would help if I knew your full workout..." I pulled out my little journal and -1) The Doc was THRILLED! He said, "Well this should do it! I wish more people kept a log like this. It would make my life easier."2) He saw right away what I was doing wrong. He pointed to the days and times I was doing certain exercises and explained how it was leading to over usage, etc. etc. He advised a 4 day a week split workout rather than a 3 day a week full-body workout and advised I limit my workout time. The situation was fixed in short order AND it's not happened since.FYI - Several people at my gym have asked me about this journal and at least 3 of them logged onto Amazon and bought one (all of them are happy with their purchase too).Obviously I am a happy camper. :D

Not as good as the old version
Pros:Best fitness notebook I've foundCons:New version you lose about half the pages, so it won't last as long. The new version also has a space for cardio and notes, which means you can probably only fit one session per page (old version can fit 1.5-2). My old notebook has lasted me almost a full year, the new version will probably only last 4 months. Cardio line is nice if you do that, but it's kind of a scam to get rid of so many pages. Also annoying is thattheres now only room for 6 sets, not sure why this is since they are the exact same size...
