I just purchased this. The price was great in comparison with other products. I have not seen any growth, but it has only been a week and a half. I will update later on the results.Why I am writing this is to help others figure out what the problem is with this product. Fully charge your ihelmet before doing anything with the app. Make sure you disconnect the power cord from the helmet. Then try working on the app.First it will ask you to scan the barcode on the inside of the helmet. It will tell you what model you have, but it keeps you on that screen. I spent a half hour trying to make it upload all the information like the serial number etc. It does not happen. Once you see that it tells you the model cancel out of that area.It will then ask you to connect it through bluetooth. This did not work for me forever, because the blue light on the front of the helm would not go on. Why? Because it was connected to the power cord. It cannot be plugged in to activate bluetooth or to use the helmet itself. I charge it after each use, and I haven't had any further problem with the app.Hope that helps someone.

I bought the ihelmet January 22, 2020. In April there should be signs that my hair is growing back, but in the meantime, my hair that I have looks more full and my hair is easier to style. Today is February 13, 2020. You don't see the thinning in the front bang area. I would spend the money just for the results that I have now, but differently looking forward to my hair growing back. Because the treatments need to be done daily for a year you want to buy the ihelmet so the treatments can be done at home and not have to go to a business to receive the treatments. The treatments cost $3000.00 -$5000.00. But I can't put a price on my self-esteem. I work in the public and love the way my hair looks now.

This product is one big waste of time. The instructions are vague and open for interpretation. You have to download the a mobile app to use the device which was a little aggrivating but it didn't bother me too much. But I couldn't get the device to pair with my phone with Bluetooth which isva big con. The fact that i even have to pair the device with Bluetooth is rediculous. I paired my phone with another Bluetooth device to make absolutely certain it wasn't my phone causing the problems. The instructions and app wasn't the deal breaker. The problem with Bluetooth was the deal breaker. I will be returning this product. Trust me. Don't even waste your time.

I used this product for several months. All of the sudden the cell application that control the helmet stop working. I sent multiple feedback through my cell but after more than a week trying the application still not working. I called several times to a customer service number provided by Amazon. Someone picked up the phone saying that he is going to contact the manufacturer to ask for support. After 48 hours nobody called me. I spent more than a week trying to look for help. Nothing happened. I ended up returning this item to Amazon and paying re-stocking fees.

The fit of the helmet is excellent, it’s used fur the scalp and hair growth. Seems to be working for me. Easy to use

The app for ihelmet does not work consistently and has now stopped working completely since the upgrade on May 19, 2021. There are several angry customers leaving messages in the Google app store complaining about this problem and not being able to get any assistance from the company's customer service--which seems the be nonexistent.

This helmet is very uncomfortable. If you wear a seven and three eights hat or larger beware. Also the app is obviously translated from Chinese. I have only had it for one week so I will update the effectiveness of this thing in the coming months.

I do like the app and the fact that I don’t have to sit down in the same place during the treatment is definitely a plus. I feel safe not having the plugin during the treatment.
