I have purchased this gum in a couple of flavors. The cinnamon is a bit strong, but OK the other flavors like the mint and bubblegum are delicious. This is easy to chew And even one piece is fine. Best of all, I learned from my dentist that it is healthy for both teeth and gums. It keeps tartar from building up and his good to have between meals.

The taste doesn't last long, and it's rather tough chewing..I like to chew on a piece of gum for a while, but this brand makes me spit it out soon..

This is my favorite gum that has ever existed. I literally go through a bottle a week! I love that it's xylitol and tastes great - I don't feel bad about eating sugary gum or types with aspartame (EW!). The flavor does wear off very quickly (probably faster for me because I eat it so frequently), which just makes me eat more. LOL Overall, great and worth it if you're an avid gum chewer and concerned about sugar and chemical intake.

Delicious taste and it's so effective at stopping plaque growth. I've noticed a huge inprovement in my breathe and dental health. I love taking my B12 this way. So much easier to remember than a pill. It's expensive, but so worth it!

Since I decided to try this gum, I haven't bought any other brand. The flavor lasting isn't too good, but it does keep my breath fresh and I've noticed a difference in my teeth. Long as B Fresh keep being on the market, I will continue to buy! The price isn't my concern, I think it's reasonable due to the benefits. Overall, it's a great gum for someone who stays with a lot of cavities (like me). I highly advice people to try this rather you have teeth problems or not.

This gum is like bubble gum, with a fruity sweet flavor that last for 5 minutes and after about 15 minutes becomes very rigid. Price is too high. The advertisement on the bottle is great, very colorful and eye catching. But at your own expense.

This is an easy way to get a boost of vitamin B. The flavor is really nice, and it's not sweetened with sugar or aspartame. All of these things are really great. The only problem is the flavor disappears really fast. Especially for a sugar-free gum. I find I chew this for maybe 5 minutes or less and it's completely devoid of flavor.
