Should be called miracle tape !!!
This arrived just in time. I ended up stepping on my cats maze feeder put a huge deep whole in my foot. I ended up getting stitches in the bottom of my foot. Well my cat bacteria caused extremely swelling in my foot i was unable to walk on it at all . Had to use crunches and wheel chair due to how much pain i was in . After 4 days of hell i got this in the mail. I used a bandage and this tape on the bottom of my foot before i went to bed. With in two hours my foot was soaked with the fluid it pulled out. The next morning i was finally able to walk with no pain. I continued to used for a week and it kept draining it out. I have also used this for carpel tunnel and neck pain. I dont understand how it works But it works. I cut trips off and leave in my car and my purse so i have when i need it at any given moment!!!

Effective and affordable
I use kinesiology tape to provide relief from knee pain due to oseoarthritis and patellar misalignment. I have used many, many, many different brands. The Laneco is now my go-to. It adheres extremely well. It provides the pain relief required to keep me on the tennis courts at 64 years old. And it is affordable-very important since I use a lot of it. I'm also doing physical therapy to strengthen my knees, but the tape is seriously providing relief until my knees/legs are stronger. I also use it to relieve calf pain from skin splints. I still have a ways to go, but this tape is doing an excellent job.

Liked the appearance and adhesion better than the name brand
I originally purchased a roll of the beige KT brand Tape at Walmart, to try out kinesiology tape for the first time. Pleased with it, I sought out a more affordable version online and came across Laneco, which I decided to try based on the good reviews. I am 100% happy with my purchase.1 - Costs less per roll, while also having more tape (16 feet in precut strips vs. 19 feet that you cut yourself; I prefer cutting to my own length anyway)2 - The adhesive was both stronger and less irritating to my skin than the other tape. I'm pretty sweaty and KT began to peel on day 2, while Laneco didn't peel until day 43 - As someone pale, the beige matched my skintone MUCH better, while also not having any of the irritating lettering, making for a much less conspicuous job.The only "downside" is that after a few days you might see that dark, gummy residue around where the edges peel up a few millimeters. I noticed far more of it with Laneco than the other brand, however it's easy to get off with an alcohol wipe and I believe it's a good trade-off for an extra day or two of wear.

Works well but can injure skin if used two days in a row
This is a very good tape. It has a good deal of stretch and stays put. This is the only tape I’ve used that pulled my skin off in a couple places. It did not pull skin from areas like my foot but areas of softer flesh like the calf/Achilles area. I still use it but only for one day. If I use it in the same place two days in a row it removes some skin. However, it’s great to patch up feet- no problem.

Non-believer converted
Not 100% sure the mechanism of action of this type of therapy, it probably provides a degree of mechanical stability but it provided more pain relief than I expected with just a few piece of tape. Be very sure to read the instructions carefully when applying the tape because there is right and wrong way with this kind of tape (not just this particular brand). I chose the wrong way the first time and wound up with some mildly annoying skin problems. After reading the instructions detailing the correct way to stretch the tape I had no further skin problems. Would recommend this as a drug-free adjunct to sports related pain relief.

Adds extra support where you need it
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Works great at giving you the support you need when working out or hiking. I use this for extra ankle and calf support when doing long hikes. I do notice a difference when I have it one it seems to better support the muscles and they are not as sore as I am when I don't have anything one. I was using those compression style supports but I didn't like how it felt like I had two socks on. This tape solved that issues now I can add some tape for my arch support and ankles and im good to go for the whole hike. No issues with the take slipping off it gives a really nice firm grip. Great value for a 4 pack so far I have been quite impressed with the quality.

If you are athletic & can follow directions, life is about to be made dramatically BETTER!
Oh MY God..live changing, that’s what this TAPE is for me. Read the “book” (digital), learn how to properly use this tape. And BE AMAZED.I have knee problems that kept me sidelined for YEARS before I learned about taping my knees, then patella bands/supports. Still, the athletic tape I was using often curled, frayed, or, with moisture, simply became unstuck. And getting it off? Well. That was painful AND meant that I couldn’t wear it in consecutive days, and certainly couldn’t shower with it on or sleep with it on.No more bulky patella bands or tape that rips my skin or leaves bruises when it is removed. All that is CHANGED now.I’m telling you, READ the booklet and use the product as directed. It’s a life-altering experience.

Love the length versatility!
I have some k tape that is pre-cut as well as this tape. I really like being able to customize the strips to fit me. Some of the precut tapes hit me in the wrong areas...I can fix that with this tape! I have used this on my knee and it has worked great.Ready to try on my shoulder. The adhesion seems good so far; make sure to round the corners! Very comfortable and has lasted on my knee through 4 showers...still going strong!
