Response to Other Reviews
In response to the reviewers that say the product is 'too strong' for them to handle or that it destroyed their furniture. Here is my feedback on the common complaints:.1) Yes the divider springs are STRONG and not easy to move after you put it in place. THATS what its supposed to do. If you could easily knock it out of place when reaching in your drawer, then it would be annoying or bad quality. If you have difficulty compressing it to position it in the drawer, ask someone for help. It does take ALOT of effort and care, it almost feels like a gym exercise, and you could smash a finger if you aren't careful. However, you should only have to put them in place 1x. If you intend to move them around a lot, and want to continually change your organization, then maybe this isn't the product for you..2) If you have cheap furniture (for example: IKEA, MDF, cardboard bottom, self-assembly, or otherwise flimsy) then this isn't the product for you. I am using this in my good quality wood bureaus and am not worried about it warping my drawers or pulling it apart. In the past, I have owned IKEA bureaus that I put together with that wrench-tool, and I would not want to use this product in those pieces. My bureaus have dovetail wood joints and I've experienced no issues since installing..After receiving & installing the first set of these, I went online and immediately ordered two more. The wood they are made with is beautiful, they really do their job, and I am pleased with how strong the springs are and how firmly they will be held in place. They are an upscale option for organizing your bureaus, in comparison to other plastic options on the market.

I love these. Thanks to these drawer dividers (and using Marie Kondo's folding techniques, which I just learned), my sock drawer is no longer a jumbled, overflowing mess and I can actually see all of the different pairs of socks that I own when I open the drawer. I was worried that the wood would not be smooth and would snag my socks but that isn't the case. They are smooth and smell like cedar (a scent I love). They are nicely constructed and not flimsy like some plastic dividers I found at a store. Plus, they look like they're actually part of the drawer. My drawers are barely longer than the minimum length of these dividers. Compressing them wasn't extremely easy, but it really wasn't all that tough either and I'm not very strong. I can see how they would be very tough for someone with an issue like moderate - severe arthritis in their hands to compress, though.

Strong and Sturdy!
Hello Lovelies! This product worked out extremely well. I honestly didn't have high hopes for the product because I've tried other drawer dividers and was extremely disappointed. Not with this one though! It smells like cedar which is a great touch, especially if you are going to us it in a clothing drawer. I personally used it to divide my cat's food storage drawer, and covered the whole drawer and dividers in a waterproof contact paper. The dividers are on the short side, so I did stack them before covering them. They are holding in very sturdily. It was a little hard to get them in the drawer, because the springs are very strong, but once they are in those springs aren't budging which is great for long-time use.

QC technician asleep on the job.
Ordered four sets. One of my pieces was not QC’d off the assembly line and is defective (see photo). Requesting replacement of the defective item. Will update with customer service report when problem is resolved. Otherwise, they seem sturdy, rough hewn with splinter hazard (a threat to hands and hosiery), but definitely smell great. Jury is out on long term viability- right now feeling only ‘somewhat’ confident.

Smells good
I love opening my drawers that use these dividers. The only issue is adjusting the dividers. It requires a lot of effort to shrink and place them in them drawer. If you aren't very strong and nimble, I would recommend spending a little more money getting the XOXO design and some cedar liners instead. If you are a little tougher or don't plan to move these a lot, then get these cedar drawer dividers.

Nice cedar smell
Nice cedar smell. Very stiff springs that make installation a bit tricky but mean the dividers will stay in place! No concern about them getting knocked crooked or out of position. May want to use caution with drawers made of particle board. We have them in such drawers and there is a little bending of the back panels because the springs are so sturdy. So far hasn't caused trouble with our drawers but might be a problem with cheaply constructed particle board furniture.

Has a nice cedar aroma.
Has a nice cedar aroma. Unfortunately I had to return because the spring is too strong and caused the back of my dresser drawer to bow out. These are great dividers though.

These serve their purpose. One had a line of sap on it which was sticky (not really impressed by that). They have a tendency to arch a bit due to wide tolerances.
