I have ordered several of these replacement filters because of the value in price versus a pool store that charges double the fact that it’s easy to install and will last me at least 1 to 2 full seasons before breaking down and needing to be replaced again. These filters are easy to install as all you have to do is place them in your pool canister. They are easy to remove and clean. All you need is a water hose and I have yet to have any of these filters fail and not operate properly I have had a pool full of algae on several occasions and these filters seem to help me clean my pool as well as the cartridges don’t easily stain so that once you clean them with a straight head stream in between the plates, they will go white and you are able to circulate the water within your pool to maximum capacity each filter order needs to be properly sized to the canister that you have attached to your

Room for improvement
I bought the POOLPURE PLF120A Pool Filter as a replacement for my old Hayward C1200, and it fits perfectly. The installation was straightforward, and it seems to be working fine so far. The water in my pool looks clean and clear after a few days of running it. The build quality feels decent, though not quite as heavy-duty as the original Hayward filter. For the price, it’s a solid option and does the job well. We’ll see how long it lasts through the season, but overall, I’m satisfied with the purchase.

Excellent filter. I used the Hayward filters for years with no issues other than the price. Decided to try these a couple seasons ago and they perform every bit as well as the Hayward but at half the price.

Buy this one, same or better quality than the $120 at the pool store. I’m in Florida filtering out massive pollen, leaves algae and no sign of any filter stretching or clogging after 6 months. Other “cheaper” filters would be showing major deteriorating by this time for my pool. I will purchase this same one over and over as needed.
