He;s sent to Mardi Gras to keep an eye on a boutique that the government thinks is harboring a terrorist cell. When he finds a gorgeous woman hiding in a closet he decides to keep a more personnel eye on her and his tech side starts to fantasize about how he wants her. Then he discovers that she is the object of the cell and he is scrambling to keep her and himself safe so he can lay claim to the beauty. Hot sultry nights and two people drawn together wrapped up in an adventure of a life threatening situation.Keep the fan and have a cold drink on hand to keep you cool as you read this story. Dylan and Athena's story...The brainiest of the Knights, Dylan meets Athena when the OFFSUS team raids her dress shop which they think is a front for terrorists. Athena doesn't believe that her customers could be involved, but she is taken to a safe house for her own protection and Dylan is assigned to protect her. In such close quarters with a beautiful, desirable woman, what's a Knight brother to do? I feel that this Knight Ops book focuses more on one brother than previous books which included more of the entire family. There's still plenty of hot action in and out of bed including the drama and danger during military maneuvers. This story was a very satisfying read. I look forward to reading more. Enjoy!

I love this whole series. They are a close-knit family that just so happens to be special forces, well not the girls. I just read the next to last book. I’m going to be so sad to see the end of the Knight family. Maybe there will be a spin-off so I can check back in on Ben, Chaz, Rhoades, Sean, Dylan, Tyler (a girl), and Lexi and their parents and significant others.

The Knights have been called to a boutique to figure out who is supplying to terrorists. Dylan meets Athena, the store owner.While the team is trying to figure out who the smuggler is, he realizes he is falling for her.Athena just wants to go home and work at her shop. She never expected to meet a man like Dylan. They need to find who is behind this.

Only read Em's books if you like a lot of sex and the coarse words that are used. The plot is pretty standard guy is saving the world and meets the woman for him will protecting her from the bad guys with his team.

Another action packed story! Loved Dylan and Athena together. This is another book that will grab you to read straight through.

New Orleans during Mardi Gras is quite exciting and that is the understatement of the year, but I just found out that it can get even hotter and more exciting when I joined Dylan Knight and the Knight Ops team on their newest mission, one where they are trying to find terrorists in a boutique.Hot Louisiana Knight steams up the pages and thrills the senses as Dylan and Athena embark on a relationship train that is full of emotional ups and downs, fighting battles and sizzling attraction that can’t be denied. These two strong, captivating characters easily grab readers’ attention and hold on to it with both hands as they work through the romance as well as the mission.The story is fast paced and kept me on my toes as the team try to figure out who the real bad guys are and I have to tell you that the story is also quite fun, especially the witty dialogue flung about between Dylan and Athena during their feisty courtship.Em Petrova has created a thrilling new world with some delightful, sexy and charming characters in my backyard, not that it makes me biased or anything. But hey, I love a good ‘Knight in shining armor’ tale and this one is quite a thrilling ride that I really enjoyed reading. It is the first one that I have read in this series, so I have the first two to my TBR and I am looking forward to the next one.
