It's not often that I thank a company for their products. But your affordable hearing aids have changed my life for the better. I have sounds now that I haven't heard in years. Because of the high cost of hearing aids and the lousy Medicare insurance I have had to go without aids for several years. It was getting so bad that (especially at a restaurant or any place with background noise) I didn't go out very much. I felt left out for not hearing well and would get flustered for not being able to hear well. Your hearing aids I can afford and will put them up against any hearing aids on the market for quality and affordability. I wish your company many, many years of success, and again thank all the people that work for the company.

I want to say Thank you for making and selling this hearing aid. I love it. It works so well. It is without question the best device I have used in 25 years. I can actually hear rain falling and birds singing now, sounds that I have not heard in a long time. I had just been told that I needed a very expensive new aid ($8,500), before I shopped online and found this product. This thing works great! I encourage people who want a good aid at a very low price to buy two of these at a time, so that you will always have a spare. I have referred this company and this aid to many friends and relatives in Florida, Alabama and Texas, as well as those I happen to meet who are having difficulty with their present aids.

Very please with product. I’m still getting use to it and learning what program to choose for which situation. I doubt that any hearing device will totally sound natural since an emphasis generally is done on treble sounds that most people have loss, but I hear conversations, birds out doors, stage plays better than in years. The batteries are lasting much longer than I expected. The device is much smaller than expected and is not noticeable when I wear it. I don’t know if actual hearing aids that cost thousands of dollars would do better but I figure this hearing device is at least as good as those put out a few years ago. At about $300 a pair, it still would be less expensive to replace then ever few years if something better came along than to hang on to an older pair of regular hearing aids because they are too expensive to replace.My advice to those considering getting this device:1. Get a pair, even if you hearing is not bad in both ears. It is easier to: Balance sound and get a correct sense of direction To use a different program in each such as when at a meeting, stadium or auditorium and you want close but quiet conversation on one side but full coverage available on with the other.2. Choose battery powered over rechargeable because: You can quickly restore use with a battery rather than having it remain useless until you can recharge it. Fewer electronic to possibly develop issues Smaller device. Rechargeable batteries and external charges are available if desired so you can have fresh batteries available without delay and without constantly putting charging wear and tear on the hearing device. Some devices caution against keeping the device on the charger for more than four hours to avoid damage to the device. That rules out overnight charging.

I shopped a great deal to find the right hearing aid that my husband would actually wear and didn't break the bank to purchase. This one fit all the requirements. My Husband loves it and it works like a charm. The company is USA and appear to be very concerned about their customers. Refreshing !! Thumbs up high for this product and the Company. Being retired and on a limited budget, my husband was reluctant to spend thousands of dollars on hearing aids that may or may not be beneficial. This hearing device has changed his life. This device has changed my life. Hearing problems not only effect the person with the defect, it also effects the people who love them. I'm happy to have him back and the volume on the TV normal again. Cannot be happier.

I have had expensive hearing aids and find this one remarkably good in comparison. I will not be going back to the $3000.00 a piece of the high priced ones. My only complaint would be that the directionswhich came with it has a picture naming the parts that do not match up with the hearing aid I received. I’m using it but am confused about all of the different functions that the directions say I have. I haven’t gotten around to calling the number given for assistance but will be doing that soon. I’m grateful for your offer for assistance through this number.
