I bought this bag to carry my gym's clothes, but I also use it for groceries. I recently carried a heavy bag of potatoes in it and it resisted the weight and it didn't hurt my shoulders.

Nice compact rucksack. Plenty of room inside. Straps do dig in if filled too heavy though.
